IGV Capital is currently establishing its construction fund as part of the broader IGV housing finance platform. Structured in partnership with a registered exempt market dealer and designed to support the delivery of housing at scale, the fund is expected to be available in July 2026, subject to final approvals and documentation.

The construction fund has been created to solve one of the biggest challenges in housing delivery: access to construction capital.

Many housing projects fail to proceed because funding, approvals, construction, and long-term financing operate as separate systems. The construction fund is designed to connect these stages into a single, coordinated housing delivery platform.

Working alongside IGV Build Systems, IGVhope, and IGV Capital, the construction fund provides the capital required to move housing projects from approval through construction and then into our engineered structured take out.
